VoiceRank Should Not Favour Positive or Negative Reviews

The purpose of VoiceRank is to provide useful customer feedback, not to create artificially positive company profiles. A positive review may violate the rules if it is fake. A negative review may fully comply with the rules if it reflects a genuine experience.
